Emergency medical and nursing care is being discussed at a two-day conference in Adelaide.

Chris Cotton from the EmergencySA organising committee says the conference is for GPs, nurses, paramedics and ambulance officers.

Topics under discussion include managing terrorism incidents and other major emergencies from a medical perspective, including organ donation.
